By far our best selling Turf Type Tall Fescue Mixture. A blend of 4-5 of the top turf fescues available today, including Jaguar 3 and Shendandoah, among the most asked for varieties. Class Act can be depended upon to produce a dark green, dense turf that is disease resistant, and drought tolerant specifically blended to persist in moderate shade, a trait not all blends can boast about. There were many varieties of turf fescues to choose from when we developed this blend; varieties we chose have consistently tested in the top percentile of turf trials. All varieties presently used are contained in Virginia Tech's recommended turf grass variety publication.
